Where are you located?

We work out of our work shop (which our customers have dubbed 'The Hive') on our farm south of Spruce Grove, Alberta.  We do not have a retail location.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

We do!  Orders over within Canada $85 ship free.  Local orders (Devon, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove region) over $35 will be delivered at no charge.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship or deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.  We carry minimal stock to keep our products as fresh as possible.  We often need to make your product before we can ship it to you.  Rarely, we need to wait for an ingredient from a supplier which  may take a bit more time.

Right here!  We also work with some great local retailers.  Check out Urban Whyte in Devon, Ab or Modern Farmhouse in Stony Plain, Ab.

I own a business and would like to discuss custom label options, is this a possibility?

Yes!  We have customized many different products for promotion of businesses including lip balms, salves, lotion and soap.  Contact us at Wendy@therusticbee.ca and we can discuss ideas and create a plan!

Are your products suitable for children?

Kids love our products, and we often receive enthusiastic feedback from parents. We do not recommend our products for kids under the age of 3 and recommend that children are supervised, especially with our toy bath bombs. We do not recommend any of our essential oil products (some bath bombs, some lotions and all shower steamers) for children.

Where can I find a list of your ingredients?

We include a picture of the product label in each listing.  This picture will contain the list of ingredients.  If you require additional information, please contain us.

Do your products contain known allergens or gluten?

Yes!  Due to the amazing moisturizing nature of Sweet Almond Oil, we use it in many of our products so cannot make the claim that any of our products are allergen free.  Most cosmetic ingredient suppliers do not identify gluten in their products so we are unable to ensure that our products are gluten free.
